Vaccination Records

Please bring proof of current vaccinations: Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, and Bordetella for dogs; Rabies and FVRCP for cats.

Everything you need to know about our services

? How often should I get my dog groomed?

It depends on the breed and coat type. Most dogs benefit from professional grooming every 4-8 weeks. Dogs with longer coats or those prone to matting may need more frequent visits. We'll create a personalized schedule during your first visit.

? Do you groom cats?

Yes! We offer grooming services for cats including lion cuts, bath and brush, nail trims, and sanitary trims. Our groomers are experienced in handling cats and use gentle, feline-friendly techniques.

? What vaccinations are required?

For dogs: Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, and Bordetella (kennel cough). For cats: Rabies and FVRCP. All vaccinations must be current and documented by a licensed veterinarian. We require proof at your first visit.

? Can I stay and watch the grooming?

We find that pets do better when their owners aren't present, as they tend to be calmer and more cooperative. However, we're happy to send photo updates during the appointment and you can always call to check in.

? What if my pet has special needs or medical conditions?

Please let us know about any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs when booking. Our team is trained to handle pets with various conditions, and we can accommodate most special requirements.

? Do you offer pickup and delivery?

Yes! We offer pet taxi services within a 10-mile radius for an additional fee. This is especially popular for our regular daycare clients and those with busy schedules.
